Terms of Service

CROW is an AI-powered conversion-rate-optimization tool: it audits web pages, suggests fixes, and can deploy approved fixes to your site via the CROW snippet. By using CROW you agree to these terms.

Use CROW only on pages you own or are authorized to analyze and modify. Don’t:

• attempt to bypass rate limits or quotas,
• probe, scan, or attack the service or other users’ data,
• use audits to harm, deceive, or spam,
• resell CROW output as your own automated service without an Agency plan.

The free tier includes a daily audit quota. We may adjust quotas to keep the service healthy.

Audit results, scores, and suggested fixes are generated by AI. They are recommendations, not promises: conversion estimates are directional, and you are responsible for reviewing any fix before deploying it to your site. CROW is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Fixes deployed via CROW change your live site. Only you decide what to deploy, and you can pause or delete fixes at any time. We are not liable for revenue changes, downtime, or other consequences of changes you approve.

Keep your credentials safe — you’re responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Pro and Agency are monthly subscriptions sold through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar processes your payment, issues invoices and handles applicable sales tax; CROW never receives your card details. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (account menu → Billing) and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Plan limits are listed on the pricing page and are the complete list of what a plan includes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to CROW is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which for free-tier users is zero.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continuing to use CROW after a change means you accept it. Questions? hello@crowcro.com.
