Why do I need an account?

Accounts are required so your fixes, sites, and audits stay tied to you across devices — and so the CROW script can safely deploy fixes only to sites you own. Free is still free.

How do I pay?

Checkout runs through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar takes the card, issues the invoice and handles sales tax; CROW never sees your card number. Plans are billed monthly.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes — the Free plan is a permanent free tier, not a trial. 3 audits a day, every day, no card required.

What is the $15 site-audit report?

A one-time purchase, not a subscription. Run a site audit and you always get the per-page scores, the summary and the top three fixes free. $15 unlocks the rest of that report — every finding's fix, the cross-page problems, and a PDF — at its own link, for a year. No account needed. Pro and Agency include every report, so there is nothing to buy.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Open the account menu → Billing to reach the portal, cancel there, and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens to my fixes if I downgrade?

Active fixes keep running — you just lose the ability to deploy new ones or edit existing ones until you re-upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
