CRO is consistently cited as one of the highest-ROI marketing investments — far more is spent acquiring traffic than converting it. Figures vary by source and context.

How the conversion rate calculator works

Enter four numbers from your analytics and see your conversion rate, what each conversion costs you and what your traffic earns. Then see what a better conversion rate would be worth in money.

  1. Enter your monthly visitors, conversions, the value of one conversion, and your monthly ad or marketing spend.
  2. Your conversion rate is conversions ÷ visitors. Cost per conversion is spend ÷ conversions. Revenue is conversions × value.
  3. See what a 10%, 20%, 30% or 50% relative lift would add in conversions and revenue, and how much it would cut your cost per conversion.
  4. Compare your rate with rough averages for your industry and traffic channel. Share the result with a link.

Questions

What does a “relative” lift mean?
A lift measured against your current rate, not added to it. A 20% lift on a 2% conversion rate takes you to 2.4%, not 22%.
Are my numbers stored?
No. The calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to CROW. Your numbers only leave your device if you share the link, which carries them in the address.
Is there a limit?
No. It doesn't use AI and doesn't count toward the daily free runs.
